Using this site
This website belongs to Jack's Fish Club LLC, a Florida limited liability company in Miami, FL, USA. By using it you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use it. Our privacy policy is part of these terms.
Information, not advice
Everything here describes our services and the way we work. It is general information, not legal, tax, financial, customs, or compliance advice, and it does not create an engagement. An engagement begins only when we both sign a written agreement, and that agreement, not this page, governs the work.
Demos, videos and case studies
The interactive demos and demo videos are demonstration builds. Every company, person, boat, address, price and record in them is fictional. Client names and logos appear with those clients' knowledge; their real data never does. Results described in case studies are specific to those clients and their operations, and are not a promise of what any other engagement will produce.
Ownership
The text, design, photographs, videos and code of this site are ours or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, republish, scrape, or use the content or the demos commercially without our written permission. Client names and logos belong to those clients. QuickBooks and other product names are trademarks of their owners and are used only to describe compatibility.
What you may not do
- Attempt to break into, overload, probe, or disrupt the site or the demos.
- Use the contact form to send spam, malware, unlawful content, or anyone else's personal information without their permission.
- Present any part of the site, the demos, or the videos as your own work.
Links
Links to client websites and outside services are provided for convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is" and "as available." We work to keep it accurate and running, but we make no promise that it is error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose, and we may change or take down any part of it at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Jack's Fish Club LLC and its members and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of this site or the demos, and our total liability relating to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, in which case they apply only as far as the law permits. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to that venue. If you use the site from outside the US, you're responsible for complying with your local laws.
Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date at the top will change when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
